Warranty Policy

GPO warranty plans help cover your purchased items against problems that occur after purchase.

GPO manages all warranty claims authorized service centers. You can choose from different plans listed below when making a purchase.

 

GPO warranty plans

By default, most of the products listed on the GPO website come with a one-year warranty, if not mentioned otherwise.

GPO is also planning to offer extended warranties to applicable products. Please check the product’s page to see the available warranty options soon.

 

How to issue a warranty claim

1 – Call us on +968 92207327 and provide us with your order number, the item to be repaired and explain the problem you are facing with the item.

2 – The item has to be dropped at our store, or we can help you to schedule a courier collection of the item from your home or office. We will schedule a collection date. Please pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.

3 – Our technical team will inspect the item. If the terms apply, the item will be replaced or repaired and shipped back to you as soon as possible.
